Refund for short-term cancellations
Should you need to cancel a date for which you have already made a deposit, we will refund the full amount provided the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled date and no costs have been incurred by us or the companion. If we have already covered travel expenses, those costs will be deducted from the refundable amount. Cancellations within 72 hours are credited toward a rescheduled appointment with the same companion within two months; same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit as reimbursement for our expenses.
Payment options
Fees are quoted in ₹ and confirmed privately before your booking is accepted. We accept discreet bank transfer, UPI, and cash at greeting where permitted. Kolkata Nights does not store card details on file. Invoiced billing is available for VIP membership clients on request.
Deposits prior to the date
A modest, refundable deposit secures your companion's time and allows our concierge to coordinate venue, dress code, and logistics. The balance is settled directly and discreetly at the start of your engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Traveling expenses
The final booking fee results from the companion's rate plus any travel costs incurred. Outcall arrangements within Kolkata are included in standard rates unless noted otherwise. Domestic and international travel engagements require advance approval — flights, accommodation, and ground transport are billed at actuals and agreed before confirmation.
